Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Typhoid needs proper fluid management if she has vomiting or loose motion and also antibiotic treatment. Give her plenty of fluids, water, fruit juice, tender coconut water. The arthritis which she has can be treated by Paracetamol tablets under medical supervision. She can apply NSAID pain killing ointment like Diclofenac gel on the joint sites. Kindly get her seen by a Doctor for proper diagnosis and management of her problems without delay.
