Dear thanks for posting your query.Some times disturbances in your ear can lead to this.There is fluid and granules in ear which when gets displaced can lead to recurrent symptoms.I hope you have consulted an ent surgeon,if not please do it.You need to do some exercise in such cases they will help a lot.Bye.
