I havemissed the lunch shot and will miss my fast acting insulin shot this evening and tomorrow morning. I do have a needle to do the slow acting in the morning....I should have the right needles to get back on track by tomorrow afternoon...how problematic is it to miss these shots. My sugar is 206 right now.....I usually range between 150 to 170
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
You need not worry much in the present situation. The sugar levels though rises when you miss a dose, but doesn't effect too much in one or two times. But as a doctor i advice you not to repeat this again. Better is to be ready with all the needles always.
Hope this guides you. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Thank you. Wishing you good health. Dr Phanindra Dulipala. Diabetologist.
