How Do I Reduce ASO?
Hello doctor sir i have Gout arthritis and my uric acid level is 7.5mg and ASO is Positive showing 300, yesterday self was started homeopathetic treatment for to reduce uric acid and gout plz suggest me how to reduce ASO. My Age-30 height -5.5feet , weight-84KG male.

ASO titre is generally not increased in Gout so it should be some focus of infection which need to be identified through proper clinical examination and investigation and accordingly treated with antimicrobial agent n other supportive management .
Chronic gout ll be managed with uricosuric , xanthine oxidase inhibited , analgesic , ppi accordingly.
