How Effective Is Taking Duphaston ?

I'm 32, 1.68m tall. I'm currently on fertility medication and would like to know what the influence would be on the 21 day progesterone blood test when I'm using Duphaston. Would it alter the result in such a way that it could mean that you did not ovulate when my result is 53?
