My doctor has prescribed me Rejoint tablets. I am 70 years old lady with Arthriitis, dibeties,and thyrod problem, which are under control by medication. however i get severe joints pain. Is it necessary to take it daily and how long. YYYY@YYYY
Yes you need to take daily for at least 3 months. At age of 70 if there is early degeneration then only it will work. No relief in moderate or severe cases.
Precaution to be taken Activity modifications-avoid squatting, avoid cross leg sitting on floor, and reduce stair climbing. Weight reduction is very important to prevent progression. Do daily exercises and stretches. Diet rich in calcium and vitaminD will help to reduce progression.
