Celexa is Citaopram and is used mainly for depression and panic attacks.The action starts with in 45 mins and the max blood levels are achieved in around 2 hours.To be maximum effective the patient needs to take it for 3 consecutive days.The drug gets metabolized and with in 72 hours it should not be seen in blood after the last dose.
