How Long Does It Take To Recover From The Sprained Ankle?
I am 46 years old, 5ft 3 and 200 lbs. I sprained my ankle 4 weeks ago. Still swollen. It doesn't hurt too much to walk on it, but the past few days if I bend my knee the back of my ankle starts to hurt. Also if I lift my foot off the ground. What could be causing this?
