I had a horrible expeience in June 2013 went to have an outpatient surgery to have a cyst removed off my right ovary. When they were doing surgery an artery burt, so I had to have two more surgeries. They had to put in 4 mynx vascular closures and do a coil embolism. The hernias resulted from the incisions .

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. This means this is n incisional hernia. It may need a bit more dissection and putting in a mesh. A minimum of 3 weeks rest is a must. This again will depend on the extent of the repair needed at the time of surgery. So you can say 3 weeks to 3 months. Anyways, this is for once only and do not think of complications. They do not occur often.
