Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.

Acne, as you must be aware is pretty common condition caused chiefly due to hormonal influence and clogging of pores and followed by infection and inflammation.

Treatment usually depends on severity of of acne. For proper management you need to consult a good dermatologist.
Usually I advise oral antibiotics with or without oral isotretinoin (With extreme precaution and counselling in women of child bearing age) .
Apply cream containing nadifloxacin twice day and gel containing benzoyl peroxide and adapalene at bedtime for 1 hour followed by face wash.

For blemishes, you can apply a cream containing kojic acid like Kojic cream twice a day for atleast few months to appreciate good results.

I would also recommend a series of chemical peeling (Glycolic acid/Salicyclic acid/Jessner peel etc) , which will reduce both your acne as well as dark spots due to acne.

Use good quality face wash like Fash foaming facewash and a moisturizer like Cetaphil DAM on regular basis.

Avoid pricking/scratching/peeling of lesions.

Avoid junk food as far as possible and include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Hope this will take care of your condition.
Thank you
