How Should Nuvaring Birth Control Be Used?
i am not good with keep a schedule with the nuvaring. i take it out before 21 days and put it back in shortly after. I have had this ring in 30 days and I have had unprotected sex 3 times this week, including today. I have to wait til Sunday to insert a new ring.. will i be ok?
