Hello,

I think you should have a diet with foods you should and should not eat. You may start by avoiding having dinner after 7 pm.

Avoiding foods like chocolate, spicy food, sparkling drinks, fried food, alcohol etcetera because these increase your burning sensation.

You should more healthy food and also avoid fast food and coffee. If your symptoms get worse, then you should consult your doctor to take medicine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Elona Dashi
