How Should Cheek Patches With Skin Pigmentation Be Treated?

Hello Doctor, Good afternoon. Recently I noticed some black and white patches on upper side of cheeks and immediately I consulted skin specialist. He said that it is some kind of pigmentation and happened due to regular use of cream. I used to apply only emami naturally fair on my face. He advised to apply sofradex f and avoid to apply any kind of cream. But the patches are still there. Kindly help and guide me. Regards, Neetya
