I had a Circumcision 1 week and 2 days ago, i am getting slight weeping which looks like watered down blood from the wound area when cleaning, not alot. What was left of the foreskin was rolled over the head and when pulling back there is a smell which i can only describe as smegma type smell. I just want to know if this is normal goings on down there or if i should be thinking of going to see the doctor. Nocturnal erections are a pain to keep waking, is there anything i can do to prevent them from happening. I am bathing/soaking & cleaning in luke warm salt water daily.
Any help or mind putting at rest would be very welcome.
