How Should Left Chest Pain With Heart Dropping Feelings Be Treated?

Hello, I lead a generally healthy life and no history in chest pain. But recently having a big change in my professional life. 4 days ago i start feeling pain in my left chest, it feels as if my heart is dropping...however it only occurs when i think of specific worrying thoughts...when am thinking good thoughts, nothing happens...please help, i am worried!

Chest pain associated with worrying thoughts suggests sympathetic stimulation rather than any organic disease.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for assessment of blood pressure and general examination.
Increased sympathetic stimulation can be managed by drugs called sympathatolytics.
Further management can be planned after clinical assessment.
