How Should Panic Attacks, Insomnia And Claustrophobia Be Treated?

I have been taking alprazolam for awhile since going through a divorce and began having panic attacks, insomnia, feeling like the room is closing in, anyway I have been taking two milligrams up to two every four to six hours or as needed. My insurance has run out and things are not going so well. I have paid out of pocket to go see a few different doctors and none of them were able to help.
