i understand your concerns, 'emphasemira'..considering it as
emphysema or smokers cough. This disease is asso. with difficulty in breathing and cough with wheeze. Due to thickening in the lungs inhaled oxygen may not be completely transferred to the blood , so you may experience symptoms of fatigue. Mood disturbances are also asso. with this disease.
stiff joints may be mostly due to degeneration of
cartilage between your bones causing
stiffness. you can ask your doctor to prescribe
hyaluronic acid supplements like jointace etc, which on along term use of more than 4-6 months show significant improvement in symptoms.( but a little expensive)
diarrhoea may be a side effect of these drugs, because itll take time for your intestine to accustom to the new drugs you are taking. Usually it tends to get better by time.
problem with orgasm,ie.You may not be able to ejaculate out is mainly a side effect of flomaxtra that is being usually given for
urinary retention, or any
prostate condition. Please dont discontinue the drug without consulting your doctor.
eat healthy and drink plenty of fluids, this may improve your overall health.
and please do discuss with your doctor alternative medication for your condition..such as inhalers for emphysema....which have significantly lesser side effects.
