How Soon Can Mercilon Treat Acne, Greasy Skin And Hair?

I have just been taken off Yasmin after being on it for about seven years and am now 27.
I was put on it as I had greasy hair/skin and acne. I have been taken off it as in the last year my skin, hair and acne has returned.
I have been on Mercilon for a month and am just about to start my second pack off pills.
My question is, when can I excpect to see positive results please?
I am 5.6 about 8.5 stone.
