How To Avoid Visible Spider Veins On Side Of Ankles And A Few On Thighs?
Hi, I have spider veins on the sides of my ankles and a few on my thighs but have one large vein that is visible through the back of my left knee; it s not bumpy just visible. I have very fair skin. I ve recently taken up Taekwondo. Is this going to help as better circulation or hinder as it s a contact sport? Is there anything I can do to avoid anymore visible veins? Or having them turn into varicose veins?
Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that there is no correlation between the arteries, and veins. It appears that there is more flow through the arteries, than the circulation in veins. At present the the variation is not that much marked,if the veins are becoming more marked, care should be taken. I advise you to consult a vascular surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have color Doppler for confirmation. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
