Sir/madam, from the symptoms I gather you have MRI suggestive of degenerative discs incidentally noticed and your pain involves mainly upper and lower limbs and quality described appear vague unlike fibromyalgia. I wish you tell more about you like gender, occupation, alcoholic and/or tobacco consumption, drugs and details of injections being received and their effects or changes on you. Importantly detail me about your research and conviction's source/s.
