How To Cure Cracks Around The Penis Caused After Using Desitin For Adult Diaper Rash?
My son has cracks around the foreskin of his penis. He is 25 years old and it started out as an adult diaper rash. He is overweight and after using Desitin, the cream dried on his skin, testicles, and penis. Some of the skin tore when he was trying to wash off the cream. Now when he has to pull the penis out to pee it is very painful. Is there a cream to use for the pain and to heal the area quickly?

Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having some infection on his glans penis due to collection of smegma not cleaning properly.
Due to collection of smegma for long time will not allow foreskin to be retracted.
Clean the part gently by averting foreskin and apply antibiotic cream locally.
If require go for one oral antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Make a habit of cleaning local part while taking bath.
Ok and take care.
