Here cause for gynecomastia should be searched first and if treatable than cause specific treatment given....
Anabolic steroid like drugs and liver disorder ruled out that are common cause for gynecomastia
Even gynecomastia can be confirmed and evaluated to rule out other causes can be done by FNAC investigation
The treatment is surgical management
Take care
Advise : Surgeon consultaton for examination and further work up
