How To Cure High Fever With Headache?
Hi Doctor, I am suffering from sever headache and High fever for last 5 days. High fever comes once in a day but not at the same time always. The headache is continious. When i saw a local medicine doctor, he asked me to undergo some tests for Malaria and Jaundice. Though Malaria tested -ve, he found small trace of Jaundice. But I dont feel any pain in my stomach and my eyes are not yellowish. I consume lots of porks and i fear this is worm attack. what should i do now? one CT scan was also done and that neorologist said its some kind of migration. pls help!!

According to your symptoms and investigations reports what your doctor missed is a Widal test (test for typhoid fever). Small jaundice is present in typhoid cases. Visit your doctor again. Hope he will not miss widal this time. I pray for your speedy recovery.

Well come to HCM
If the test of malaria is negative but other evidence supports the diagnosis then this need to be considered for treatment, like clinical malaria, second hemolytic jaundice, these are the clinical evidence of malaria and antimalarial can be started and the best option would be Tab Chloroquine this need to be given in divided dose of 2.5 g should be completed within 72 hours, hope this information helps.
