Hi,

First of all, there are many causes to your symptoms other than migraine, so you should measure your blood pressure and if it was high, you should receive a medical treatment, take aspirin 160 mg twice per day after meals, decrease salt and fat intake, do lipid profile in the blood and do an ECHO and an ECG on the heart. Second, the hormonal therapy for women such as oral contraceptive pills and replacement therapy can cause similar symptoms, so the woman should ask a gynecologist for help. Third, you should take vitamin B complex once per day after meal and Benfotiamine 40 mg twice per day after meals and you should ask an ophthalmologist for help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mustafa, Neurologist
