Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My daughter was in a car wreck as a passenger on Friday evening. I had her checked out on Sunday at an urgent care clinic which showed no broken bones but basically soft tissue injury and muscle sprains from right shoulder to left hip, across the lap, left pelvis and left middle quadrant, all due to seat belt restraint. Right side facail swelling, both shoulders sprained and neck strain. She started passing dark urine (looks like old blood particals) last night and is continuing. What would this be?
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern the soft tissue injury doe not need any treatment this is self limiting one if this is too much painful then and then pain killing medicine need to be given, otherwise it mostly comes around on it own certain need be taken of course, like the injured part should be immobilized care should be taken for further injuries, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
