How To Cure Strep Throat, stuffy Nose, fatigue And Pressure Behind Sternum?
i am female 5 7 and 33 weeks pregnant and weigh 160 lbs (pregnant weight) my daughter has has been sick with strep and RSV i recently had strep throat also. Right now i am experiencing stuffy nose, fatigue, a little achy, but my biggest concern is the pressure behind my sternum. I have also had pretty bad acid reflux, in fact i didnt finish my antibiotic because the bottle said not to take with acid meds, and i was taking tums about every 2 hours. so my question is, is this maybe RSV, acid reflux, or something more serious.
hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion it might be gastritis or acid reflux. Avoid spicy and oily diet.Take bland diet. And take food in small quantities evry 2 hourly.Include curd or butter milk in diet daily. The acid reflux is routinely seen in pregnancy. Its not serious and dont worry.Even after finishing the antiboitic course if still any symptoms like infective cough, fever persist then consult doctor for further evaluation.Fo now nothing to worry.
