Yes, there is a permanent solution for this, it is tonsillectomy. Drink plenty of warm water.

Tonsillectomy is the only cure with Allopathy.
But if you are in India, Batasha/ Patasha, made from sugar which is available at grocery shop. Have crushed batasha/patasha with turmeric powder both almost equal quantity. Put little water in it to make paste. Eat it at last at night. Do this daily for 6 months after that decide for tonsillectomy.
