Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear sir,
The biceps and subscapularis are deeper muscles on the anterior aspect of your shoulder. Looking at the reports that you have sent there is no other way than to repair them surgically. I would suggest you meet an orthopaedic surgeon who will be able to explain you the surgical procedure. Hope this has helped you.
