MRI scan reveals: - Partial thickness fear along articular surface of posterior portion of supraspinatus tendon. - another partail thickness tear along bursal surface of anterior portion of supraspinatus tendon. - Moderate infraspinatus, subscapularis and biceps tendinosis . - Moderate changes of osteoarthritis and biceps tendinosis. - Degeneration of supreior labrum. - Changes suggestive of adhesive capuslitis. - Acrominal spur. The adhesive capsulitis or frozen shoulder is one of the painful condition.I can understand your condition.Night pains,inability to elevate the shoulder are associated with it. This condition can be treated by following methods-
-Range of motion exercises of shoulder & intake of good analgesics.

The adhesive capsulitis or frozen shoulder is one of the painful condition.I can understand your condition.Night pains,inability to elevate the shoulder are associated with it. This condition can be treated by following methods- -Range of motion exercises of shoulder & intake of good analgesics. -Injection of corticosteroids in shoulder joint. -Manipulation of shoulder under relaxation effect of general anesthesia. Manipulation is generally indicated in persons having severe pain & limitation of movements. At start physiotherapy with good analgesics & steroid injection will be helpful. Hope this will help you.
