How To Get Rid Of Chronic Pain In My Shoulder?

Hi,My name is Lewis,I am a survivor of a hangmans break C1,C2.Very fortunate to be alive&all my faculties,but from day of fixation was complaining of chronic pain in my shoulder.Before aware of "VNE" was placed in pain mgtm for over 15yrs when upon 180mgs of morphine a day condition had worsened to severe abdominal spasming and many symptoms.Thinking it was the opiates causing harm to my liver etc,Iquit the drug cold turkey&it was naturally now knowing not the cause.But that in all test none show nerves,but tissue had been seen in a 2003 neuro visit&now makes sense retrospect.over 3yrs now&still suffering with yet no traetment or a current neurologist making the call.Who or what more can I do in this dimenna?Not only exhausted you can imagine how the pain was b4 quitting morphine to noticed&now No-one has or is doing anything.although morphine pump is recommended,not my choice naturally,I need no more band-aids but finding someone to eliviate the nerve from the fixation if possible.Please help in Pittsburgh&last 3yrs lost what lil I had left,ty.
