How To Get Rid Of Cystic Pimple On Forehead?

Hi, I am 12 years old and I have this MASSIVE Cystic pimple on my forehead it doesn't have a "head" but has spontaneously combusted once, the discharge was a deep red, I have delt with cystic acne before but none as bad as this one. Is there anything I can do to bring it to a head or get rid of it completely?
