hi my skin usto be very oily about tree years ago when i lived in ireland then it got very dry and blotchie i wear make up ever day so no one sees it but it looks really bad without makeup am its not acne its just redness looks like blotchie and when i strech the skin i can see the normal skin below it i dont no what to do please help
