How To Get Rid Of Facial Acne Pocks?
Greetings Dr. Prasad,
I have developed Acne pocks on my faces and are deep. I am looking for an effective treatment. Please advise some. I have come to know that using topical Aloe Vera gel is a good and recommended option. Your expert advice would really be helpful.

Post acne marks can be just post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation Or they could be acne scars/pits/pocks.
For post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, you could use a topical skin lightening agent e.g kojic acid or hydroquinone or azaleic acid.
However, post acne scars/pocks are most commonly managed by some surgical means like either chemical peeling, dermabrasion, Fractional CO2 Laser, Microneedling/dermaroller etc.
