Hi dear,
as rightly said it is due to hormonal imbalance, hope you are drinking enough water, avoid oily stuff, wash your face atleast 2-3 times a day, clindamycin creams to be applied.

Never squeeze your pimples ,they are going to leave black marks on face and would become difficult to treat then.Take good anti acne treatment by a dermatologist nearby.you would require a good coverage of antibiotic(azithromycin 500mg) with a non oily soap and some anti acne creams like clindamycin or tretinoin creams.Avoid using any moisturizing on face or any other fairness creams .Start using a water based sunscreen daily .Drink plenty of water and take a good 7 hr sleep at night.Tretinoin creams at night helps very good to treat black spots ,but then its important to use a sunscreen in the morning.
