Optometrist indicates there are many spots on my cornea, right eye more than left. Also many blood vessels caused by wearing contacts too long over many years. Not sure if the spots were caused by the lens but has subscribed Tobradex eye drops (4xs day for 10 days). Cornea is cloudy impairs vision. Will this disappear in time? How long? What other treatment? Can I wear contacts again once cleared up? Any possibility of not clearing up? Should I see an opthamologist immediately? Need second opinion. My vision is very blurry in both eyes, optometrist unable to provide prescription for glasses. Is this common? Will this clear up eventually or is there a cause for concern? Need professional answers from opthamologist to above as well as any other treatment or advice. Mynext steps?
