How To Get Rid Of The Acne Marks?
I have moderate/severe acne. I am mostly concerned about my chest area and recently have gotten my acne breakouts under control, but there is red marks and raised white bumps left behind. Would a chemical peel be an effective way of eliminating these marks?

hi, welcome to HCM,
white bumps are closed comedones and red marks are due to healing acne papules.
as you are having white bumps first thing to do is comedone extraction. as closed comedones are tough to go with medication.
chemical peeling is good and it works on both closed and open comedones.
chemical peeling with 20% salicylic acid every third week for at least 5-6 sessions needed.
in the mean time
apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel twice daily.
wash your face with 2% salicylic acid containing face wash.
