How To Get Rid Of The Cysts On The Top Of My Nose?

I have two one inch cysts on top of my nose and cold sores under my nose. No history of acne and I get a cold sore twice a year. The problem has been reoccurring now for two months. Is looks like it is clearing and then it just breaks out again. I am on valtrax and acne meds and topical creams. What is going on? The space between my upper lip and nose looks like a large raised circle and the cysts do not become inflamed. They tested for fungi which came back negative.
