How To Get Rid Of The Pain And Soreness Caused By A White Spot On Upper Gum?

I seem to have a white spot on the part connecting my upper gum to my lip it also seems to be cut and it's very sore and causing me more pain as the days go on what could it be and is there anything I can do to stop it being so sore as I am struggling to eat due to the pain ?

Please do not worry,there would have been a small cut in the upper lip,and gum.
It could also be a small abrasion or a minor apthous ulcer.

Please do not worry and apply dologel locally.

It is widely used as local anesthetic for local application.

Also take vitamin b complex for 15 days.
