Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the sciatica, or the arthritis of the hip, You may need to have a M.R.I. for confirmation.
So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, ofoxacin, diclofenac sodium, and paracetamol.
Avoid taking potato, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, till you get relieved of the pain.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods To hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
