Hello

Dear sir/madam,
i deeply understand your concern for your health. since you have mentioned that you have had a history of trauma, and since you havent mentioned the severity of injury and details like loss of consciousness, vomiting episodes , which are essential to rule out internal injury.

hence i request you to either report me the details regarding the incident clearly or contact a nearby practitioner and get physically examined in detail.

if your present symptoms are only after the incident then you need to be immediately examined.
* An investigation like CT scan would suffice in ruling out any possibilities.

Till then you can take analgeics to get relieved from symptoms.

Thanks for referral.
contact me for any further queries.
with best regards
