How To Get Rid The Severe Acne On The Face?

Hello doctor , Im sreelatha aged 26yrs. Actually im sufferring from severe Acne on my face
I desperately need a medication to prevent my acne . i would also like to take some oral medication to cure internally .
so kindly suggest me required medication , since im really worried and loosing my confidence day by day. waiting for ur reply

I really appreciate your concern look therapy of acne is lengthy course and patient have to periodically visit the doctor to for observation and changing in the treatment regime, in my opinion initially antibiotic need to be started orally as well as locally and the best option is Tab doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 15 days and Clindamycin oral lotion, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
