How To Heal 3 Cracked Ribs?

Hi!

I suffered a fall 4 weeks ago and after X-ray was told that I had 3 cracked ribs. I run a business and, even though I have had a lot of help, have found it very hard to be able and sit and do nothing - hence my healing is happening slower than I would like.

My main question is....NO bruising has appeared at all and I now have a lumpy mass in between my breats - basically where the breast plate joins i the front.

Do I go back to the doctors or persist for a few more weeks?

hello
i studied your case with due diligence.
Ribs fracture heals without any surgical procedure. You need not worry for lump. Healing of rib fracture takes 4 to 8 weeks. If your pain does not disappear after 2 months then only you need to consult your doctor. Hope my suggestion would help you to clear your apprehension.
