How To Heal Large Skin Hole?

I a mat my wits end. my skin is ravaged with large holes, not like acne; have caused much damage. each pore has a white dry materia which clumps into large cysts. also facial skin has a yellow compexion have lost all of my teeth and fingernails are severely curved downed andre brown and have black under the nails. it has been very so debilitating as I now I avoid being incontact with people. I geting worse as I age. Please, help. Now docter has offered an eplanation of the cause, nor offered any treatment.
