How To Heal Vomiting With Black Diarrhea Along With Throat Tickle And Sharp Pain Between The Bottom Of Rib Cage And Hip Bone?

I believe I had an intestinal bug this past weekend and did some pretty heavy vomiting. I have had black diareaha last night about 8 times. I called the doctor today and told her about it and she has put me on a clear diet etc. Tonight, I had a tickle in my throat and felt a quick sharp pain on the left side between the bottom of my rib cage and my hip bone. Last night I had bubbling and gurgling in that same area and a dull ache. I am wondering if I could have a small tear in the stomach lining. I had an upper GI done on 14 to screen for Gerd and my stomach was fine at that time. Will this heal on it's own? Anything else I can do?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You had a big vomiting,and black diarrhea 8 times. it appears to be due to the oozing of blood into the intestines. Which mixed with enzymes in the intestines, become black and come out as stools.
I advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms styptochrome injections till the color of the stools turn to watery. omeprazole, domperidone, loperamide if there is loose motions.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
