Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports, your uterus is enlarged in size with thickening of endometrium.
Main concern is thickened endometrium. It may be due to both benign and malignant reasons. It can only be confirmed by biopsy of endometrium.
It is important to know your age and symptoms.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.
You should consult gynecologist.

There is also dilated fluid filled left Fallopian tube .
Other structures like both ovary and right adnexa are normal.

Hope i have answered your query.
Get well soon.

Take Care
