How To Know If Lysine Have Gone In Sinus Or Not?

a strange thing happened when I was swallowing a pill tonight (lysine) It felt like it was stuck at the back of my throat. I was going to try jumping to dislodge it, but when I tilted my head forward from the drinking position, I no longer felt the pill, but water came out my nose. Could the pill have gone into my sinus along with that water?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is not possible for the pill to go inside the sinus cavity but this must have gone into stomach and it was just your feeling that pill is gone somewhere or stuck some where, to clear the doubt you can go for imaging study, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
