I have diabetes (type 1) and I really want to lose weight but everytime I exercise I have a hypo no matter if I lower the amount of insulin I inject and I have to take sugar tablets and then eat carbs, which I don't like doing as it makes me feel like the physical activity was pointless

YOU CAN REDUCE YOUR INTENSITY OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND DO IT 2 TIMES RATHER THAN ONE TIME AT STRETCH.
IF YOU TAKE HEALTHY MEALS WITH EXERCISE CHANCES OF PUTTING ON WEIGHT BECOMES VERY LESS.
MOST IMPORTANTLY NEVER CHANGE THE INSULIN DOSE ACCORDING TO YOUR WISH.IT HAS TO DONE WITH DOCTORS SUPERVISION.
