How To Lose Weight Given The Knee Condition?

I am a 48 yr old man 6ft tall and weigh 240 not matter how hard I try I can't loose much weight the lowest I have been down to in the last year is 232. I can't do much excersise because I have a knee that is bone on bone i am going to have to have a partial replacement soon. any suggestions

Hi, welcome to HCM, what you can do is swim, walk in water, or run a stationary bike. There is no pressure on knees with this--regards
