Good afternoon doctors. Iam an Indian age 30 years male. I weigh 194 Pounds currently. planning to loose 40 pounds. My most of the fat is in the belly & leg area. please advice to me the best exercises. I cannot do weight exercises due to my hand fracture last year. Running, jogging etc possible. Currently not doing any work outs. planning to start. I am an office manager. Basically always sitting in the desk.
Hello! The most important thing is combination of cardio with weightlifting, plus cardio. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Try to focuse doing exercise for your lower body more, using more the lower part machines at the gym ( so you don't need to use your hand as you have had a hand fracture). And also you can do 30-40 minutes running. Best regards.
