You have high levels of total cholesterol and bad cholesterol. For reducing it you will need to lose weight if you are overweight, exercise regularly and do some dietary changes such as cutting animal fat, avoiding fast food and soda, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, don't eat carbohydrates after 7 pm You will need to check your cholesterol level in 6 months If you still have high cholesterol, cardiovascular risks should be evaluated. In case of high risk you will need treatment with medications lowering cholesterol level. In case of low risk no treatment will needed and you should continue follow healthy lifestyle.
Wishing you good health
